By downloading, installing, or using StrengthMaxxer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
Take responsibility for your own health and safety when following workout programs
Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
